Crawling creatures of
Some dark nightmare
Lusts fulfilled, loves
Denied and begun
Dreams so real
They cling to me
Lingering through
Wakeful hours

Stumbling through
Oblivious to the
Chaos I leave

Christmas Memories

Another has fallen
Shattered on the ground
All year they lay nestled
Wrapped snugly in boxes
We bring them out
Old familiar memories
On display for those we love
The lost and broken
Make way for the new

Winter Delight

Spinning, tumbling
On howling winds
Draping the city
In pure white
City lights sparkle
Reflecting each flake
Hypnotizing children
Igniting their imagination

Crows

The harvest has fallen
We glide on midnight wings
Devour the remnants
Spread our wings
We dance above
Haunting the dreams
Of those below

Pastels her visions
Blurring, bleeding

Memories fade on
